They understand the Act on the Prohibition of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities, cases of discrimination against persons with disabilities in the workplace, and how to remedy against infringement of human rights, and have a mindset to distinguish formal equality and practice practical equality.
Understand the employment policy for people with disabilities, explain the support policy for employers with disabilities, and understand education to improve the job skills of people with disabilities to broaden and apply the perspective for employment of people with disabilities.
